Summary0000200: Startup Error - “Error: Could not”
Description

When trying to start up the OS on the Raspberry Pi without a mouse (or I’m assuming any peripherals as well) plugged in, the boot up screen will simple show “Error: Could not”. To fix, just plug in a mouse. This should fix the issue, and it should boot up immediately.

Steps To Reproduce

Boot up a Raspberry Pi without any peripherals, and it should show “Error: Could not”. Plug in a mouse and wait a few seconds and it should boot up as normal.
